While the 20th century is a century expressed by the concept of "change", the 21st century is a century that should be expressed with the concepts of "Development" and "Transformation". That’s why, our task is to prepare our universities for Development and Transformation. It is a necessity for our universities to adopt an appropriate management approach in order to reach this aim.
